These slides were prepared by Carole Ryan for a presentation to members at the July 2021 Parish Council meeting.
Map regression study and village timeline:
A comprehensive appraisal of the village has been carried out by Carole Ryan. This has all been done for free. The Parish Council is extremely grateful to Carole for this mammoth undertaking. Throughout she has been assisted by our Chair who has handled the technical aspects and the presentation materials. All of the background research culminated in the production of a series of map regressions to illustrate the changes in the village over time. Carole also prepared a comprehensive timeline for the village through the ages.

Shropshire Council Response:
Shropshire Council has now conducted an initial assessment of the application for a Conservation Area. They have suggested a revised boundary. This is attached below. Also attached is the response to their suggestions from our Conservation Area Consultant. Members will discuss the Conservation Area at their May meeting.
